The Crew Implementation department is responsible for the client specific configuration and delivery of our Crew management products to the airlines of the world, managing and optimizing their crews. We are responsible for all phases of the delivery projects from project preparations up until going live and handing over to the customer. We are 70 employees and 30 contractors managed by a team of seven managers. We see a large growth in delivery projects the coming years and are expanding the delivery capacity.

Your everyday life

As a manager you will have line responsibility for approximately 15 persons in 2-3 fixed agile teams. To be successful we believe you grow your people and teams through coaching, mentoring and feedback. You work closely together and you also act as project director for delivery projects, meaning being part of project steering committee and be an escalation point for the customers. This imposes a large business spirit.

gather and drive continues improvement in the organization
drive and contribute to the department’s strategic goals
Your workplace is on Odinsgatan in Gothenburg, your customers are located all over the world, mainly in Europe. Therefore, there will be some business trips occasionally.

Your profile

You love developing and growing people and you are experienced in building, leading and mentoring highly technical teams working with customer facing activities, deployment or software development. You are passionate about delivering value to customers and you are an example for your coworkers by being enthusiastic and positive.

Your skills are characterized by an ability to solve problems and see structures, you never settle and are comfortable with change.

To succeed in this role we want you to have M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent and at least 5 years’ experience of working in the IT Industry in leadership positions, but with at least one year´s experience as a line manager. As we are working in an agile environment you preferably to have experience from that as well as from project implementation deliveries.
